Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an orthodontic support for optionally performing three-dimensional control such as the mesiodistal movement and draft of a molar of the upper-lower jaws, easy in implantation and removal, reducing the fear of postoperative infection and damage to mucous membrane at removing time, and minimizing a pain and a sense of incompatibility.
SOLUTION: This orthodontic support is formed of a T-shaped plate as a whole, and has a fixing part 11 fixed to a jaw bone 1, an exposure part 13 exposed in an oral cavity and a movable mucous membrane penetrating part 12 positioned between the fixing part 11 and the exposure part 13 and penetrating through a movable mucous membrane 2. A plurality of screw-fastening holes 14 are formed in the fixing part 11. A C-shaped hook 15 more than a tandem for locking a spring and rubber 19 for applying correcting force is formed in the exposure part 13 in the shape of projecting outward.
