Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow an orthogonal channelizer to cope with many applications requiring different input data rates and an input channel group bandwidth.
SOLUTION: The orthogonal channelizer 20 receiving input and output sampling rates and an input channel group bandwidth decides an input channel interval, a size of discrete Fourier transform(DFT) and a valid output DFT pin, a blanking filter block 22 applies blanking processing to a prescribed number of data samples for a period of a guard time to generated a blank sample output, a cyclic shift block 24 generates a phase adjustment output by conducting s phase shift in response to a prescribed number of shifts. Then a discrete Fourier transform(DFT) block 26 receives a phase adjustment output to calculate a DFT so as to generate a plurality of channels with a different data rate.
