Abstract:
PURPOSE: To improve a CNR (signal power to noise power) in the reception of a modulation signal subject to an OFDM(orthogonal frequency division multiplex).
CONSTITUTION: A multiplex signal received by an antenna 1 and filtered by a 1st band pass filter 2 is mixed with an output from a local oscillation circuit 4 by a mixer 3 and frequency-converted, filtered by a 2nd band pass filter 6 and given to a delay means 7 and an OFDM demodulation means 8. Data of individual signals selected in advance are deleted from the signal subject to OFDM demodulation by the OFDM demodulation means 8 at a data delete means 9 and the result is again subject to OFDM modulation by an OFDM modulation means 10. An output from the OFDM modulation means 10 and an output of the 2nd band pass filter 6 delayed by the delay means 7 by a predetermined time are subtracted with each other at a subtractor 11 and a signal consisting only of m-kinds of subcarriers used to sent data of the selected individual signal is generated, it is subject to OFDM demodulation by an OFDM demodulation means 13 and converted into serial data and then the data are demodulated into an analog signal.
