Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an orthogonal passage structure manufacturing device and method, solving the problem of the conventional manufacturing device and manufacturing method that the production efficiency is low and the economic effect is low.
SOLUTION: This orthogonal passage structure manufacturing device is mainly composed of a conveyer unit 20, a passage plate sucking unit 30, a material input zone 40, a sticking zone 50, a bonding zone 60 and a passage plate direction turning control unit (not shown in the drawing). The manufacturing method includes: a step of sucking up the passage plate to be bonded; a step of observing the passage direction of the passage plate; a step of confirming the flowing direction of the passage plate; and a step of bonding the passage plate.
