PURPOSE: To provide a rolling transmission device which prevents strong eccentric contact and is excellent in durability by disposing a pair of large-diameter taper rollers in such a manner as to clamp a small-diameter taper roller, and providing a means for bringing a small-diameter taper roller and a large- diameter taper roller into pressure contact with each other.

CONSTITUTION: An input shaft 31 having a small-diameter taper roller 36 provided on the tip thereof is supported by rotary bearings 33, 34 and an output shaft 38 where a large-diameter taper roller 41 is fixed is supported by roller bearings 39, 40 in the direction intersecting perpendicularly to the input shaft 31 in a housing 35. Further, an idler taper roller 42, the back side of which is supported through a thrust bearing 45, is rotatably supported on the output shaft 38. The taper rollers are disposed in such a manner that a pair of large- diameter taper rollers 41, 42 clamp a small-diameter taper roller 36, with the taper faces thereof contacting each other, and the small-diameter taper roller 36 and the large-diameter taper rollers 41, 42 are brought into pressure contact with each other with proper pressure due to the existence of a shim 57 (press- contacting means), the thickness of which is adjusted.
