The oscillating generator equipped with a light emission portion includes a cylindrical member provided inside a cylindrical casing and formed from a non-magnetic body, a coil disposed along the cylindrical member, a moving member that is so provided as to reciprocate in a longitudinal direction of the cylindrical member and includes a permanent magnet, a first rectification unit that is connected to the coil and rectifies power generated in the coil, a storage unit for storing power rectified by the first rectification unit, an output terminal unit for outputting power of a prescribed voltage to external equipment, based on the power stored in the storage unit, and the light emission portion that is connected between the coil and the storage unit and emits light when a voltage not less than a prescribed voltage is applied.
