The oscillating generator includes cylindrical cases 110A and 110B, a coil 130 for power generation which is wound around the case, an oscillator 190 which is constituted to be movable in the case axis direction in the case, and holding means 160A and 160B which hold the oscillator in a predetermined position within the case at no-oscillation. The oscillator 190 is constituted to output a magnetic flux in its radial direction perpendicular to its shifting direction.
