Title:
OSCILLATING INTERNALLY MESHING PLANETARY GEAR SYSTEM
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2011231931
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To obtain an oscillating internally meshing planetary gear system that eliminates the need of a large occupation area even if connected with a drive source, in particular, can shorten an axial length, and can form a large-diameter hollow shaft.

The oscillating internally meshing planetary gear system 100 decelerates the speed of rotation of an input shaft 104 by an effect that internal-tooth oscillating bodies 116A, 116B rotate with respect to an external-tooth gear 118, and takes out a deceleration output from the external-tooth gear 118 which serves as an output shaft. The system includes an intermediate shaft 108 arranged at a radial outside position rather than the internal-tooth oscillating bodies 116A, 116B and in parallel with the external-tooth gear 118, and an orthogonal gear set 106 which orthogonally connects the intermediate shaft 108a and the input shaft 104. Power from the input shaft 104 is input to the internal-tooth oscillating bodies 116A, 116B from the outside in the radial direction via the intermediate shaft 108.
