Abstract:
PURPOSE: To improve the assemblage of a plurality of guide pins for connecting a rotary support body and a rotary swash plate to a ball bearing by forming at least one of a pair of guide holes as a slot on the support arm section of the rotary swash plate.
CONSTITUTION: A pair of guide holes 17c and 17c formed on the support arm sections 17a and 17b of a rotary swash plate 17 are provided in parallel to each other, and formed as slots extending in a direction orthogonal with a compression reaction force. In addition, guide pins 14 and 15 are so set as to be slightly movable right and left in space between parallel flat planes S and S at the major axis sections of the guide holes 17c and 17c. As a result, the rod sections 14b and 15b of the guide pins 14 and 15 can be inserted in the guide holes 17c and 17c within a plane where the center axial lines O1 and O2 of both guide pins 14 and 15 are orthogonal with a compression reaction force in compression stroke, or the lines O1 and O2 are not in parallel to each other. The guide pins 14 and 15 can be thus assembled easily. According to this construction, the stringent control of machining accuracy is not required for the guide holes 17c and 17c.
