PURPOSE: To make an output signal slow and quick after sealing, by fitting a quartz oscillation bar and an IC chip to the recess part of a ceramic vessel where the recess part is formed and providing a logic slow and quick function set pattern in the pattern forming an oscillating circuit.

CONSTITUTION: A quartz oscillation bar 7 and an IC chip 8 are fitted into the recess part of a vessel which consists of materials of ceramic and is provided with the recess part, and a transparent or partially transparent cover member 15 consisting of glass or the like is fayed to the dike part of this recess part to seal the vessel 6 in vacuum or gas. A pattern 10 which sets the logic slow and quick function of the output signal is formed in a part of a circuit pattern 9 to which the chip 8 is fitted. The logic slow and quick function applies a pulse signal 12 for logic slowing and quickening to an output signal 11 to form an output signal 13, and the frequency of the whole of the output signal is changed to slow and quicken the output signal. Consequently, after sealing, the pattern 10 is irradiated by a laser beam in accordance with a required quantity of slowing and quickening to perform cutting, thus adjusting the oscillation frequency by slowing and quickening of the output signal.
