The oscillation characteristic measuring apparatus includes: an oscillation device 31 having an oscillation unit 30 reciprocally moving along an axis line X; and a mount block 40 fastened to an attachment surface 32 of the oscillation unit 30. A suspension 11 for a disk drive is attached to the mount block 40. The mount block 40 includes a facing surface 70 facing the attachment surface 32 of the oscillation unit 30. An adhesion member 80 formed with a resin tape is provided between the attachment surface 32 of the oscillation unit 30 and the facing surface 70 of the mount block 40. The adhesion member 80 is deformable according to the space between the attachment surface 32 and the facing surface 70, and closely attached to both of the attachment surface 32 and the facing surface 70 without a space with the mount block 40 being fastened to the attachment surface 32 with a male screw member 77.
