The oscillation circuit is provided with resonance circuits 31 to 33, including a negative resistor, an inductor, and a capacitor for setting the oscillated frequency, whose capacitance is varied with a control voltage, on the basis of oscillation frequency data and outputting a signal of the oscillated frequency, on the basis of the oscillation frequency, data; a temperature detector 8 for outputting temperature compensation data a, b on the basis of temperature; and temperature-compensating capacitors 34, 35 electrically connected to the resonance circuits 31 to 33, receiving the temperature-compensating data a, b and capacitance of which is revised, on the basis of the temperature compensation data a, b to adjust the oscillation frequency.
