The oscillation circuit includes: an RS flip-flop 11 for generating output signals Q, QB on the basis of a set signal and a reset signal; an electrical charging/discharging section 12 having capacitors C1, C2 and configured to charge or discharge the capacitors C1, C2 complementarily on the basis of the output signals Q, QB; a comparator 13 for comparing a first voltage depending on a charge accumulated in the capacitor C1 with a first reference voltage (for example, Vcmp) to output the set signal; a comparator 14 for comparing a second voltage depending on a charge accumulated in the capacitor C2 with the first reference voltage (for example, Vcmp) to output the reset signal; and a control section for controlling the timing when respective voltage levels of the first reference voltage and first voltage match and the timing when respective voltage levels of the first reference voltage and second voltage match in accordance with the frequency of the output signals Q, QB.
