PURPOSE: To obtain an oscillation circuit which oscillates stably with large oscillation amplitude, by forming this circuit of a voltage divider circuit of MISFET, signal transmission circuit including capacitors and MISFET, and RSFF circuit of a inverter circuit.
CONSTITUTION: This circuit consists of voltage divider circuit 1 composed of MISFET ME1 and MISFETs MD1 and MD2 with respective gates and sources connected together, the signal transmission circuit including capacitors C3 and C4 connected between nodes A and B of voltage divider 1 and the earth potential terminals, and MISFETs MD3, MD4 and ME2 to ME5, and RSFF circuit 2 comcomposed of the inverter circuit. In this circuit 2, the gate of MISFET ME4 is made into reset terminal -R and that of the other ME2 is used as terminal S. Both those terminals are given different input threshold voltages. As a result, the oscillation circuit develops the output voltage of either level. An output signal of stable and sufficiently-large level amplitude can therefore be outputted.
