To provide an oscillation device for honing grinding wheel which can carry out the honing process at a high efficiency while maintaining a high finishing accuracy of a work, in a honing device.

The work inner bore surface is honing processed at a high accuracy, by giving a rotation movement and a reciprocating movement as the basic operation to a honing tool, and at the same time, by adding a minute vibration in the axial direction superposingly by a stroke vibration generator 7. The stroke vibration generator 7 is provided with a cum mechanism 101 to convert the rotating movement of a rotary spindle 2 into the minute vibration in the axial direction; and a planetary gear mechanism 100 to transmit the rotation of the rotary spindle 2 to the cum mechanism 101 at a specific transmission speed ratio; and a honing grinding wheel carries out the rotating movement and the minute vibrating oscillation synchronously each other, so as to prevent that the fulcrum of the honing grinding wheel movement passes again the same streak.
