Abstract:
To provide an oscillation duct with high end face wear resistance, and a manufacturing method thereof.SOLUTION: An oscillation duct 10 comprises: a cylindrical main body 20 including a water cooling structure; a cooling pipe 30 formed on an end face of the main body 20; and a laser clad layer 32 formed on a surface of the cooling pipe 30. The main body 20 consists of a general structure steel (A), and the cooling pipe 30 consists of a general structure steel (B) or a carbon steel. The laser clad layer 32 consists of a Co group alloy or a Ni group alloy and contains dispersed metal carbide in 0 mass% or more and 60 mass% or less. Such an oscillation duct 10 is obtained by preparing the cylindrical main body 20 including the water cooling structure and the cooling pipe 30, using a laser clad method to form the laser clad layer 32 on the surface of the cooling pipe 30, and binding the cooling pipe 30 to the end face of the main body 20.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
