PURPOSE: To prevent a bad influence of oscillation and the like on the ground from occurring by burrying almost vertically a flexible bag filled with viscous material in the ground at the outer circumference of a place where sand compaction work is carried out to construct an oscillation absorption wall.
CONSTITUTION: The ground at the outer circumference of a place where sand compaction is worked is surrounded by a groove 3 reaching a non-permeation layer 2 in a square shape in plane view. In the groove 3 a flexible bag-like sheet 4 is inserted to the bottom while the upper part of the sheet 4 is opened and the opening part 5 is provided to project from the upper surface of the ground. A viscous material is filled from the opening part 5. With the sheet 4 and the viscous material an oscillation absorption wall 6 is constituted, whereby the major part of oscillations are absorbed by the viscous material to prevent the transmission of oscillations from the wall 6 to the outside.
