Abstract:
To provide an oscillation self-calibrating device for correcting oscillation clock signals.
The oscillation self-calibrating device comprises frequency dividers (12, 16) for receiving oscillator clock signals (CLK R, CLK T) to output first frequency-divided clock signals (CLK 1A, CLK 2A); base gates (14, 18) for providing enable signals, having a predetermined time interval; and counters (13, 17) for counting the clock signals (CLK 1A, CLK 2A) at a time interval, to generate count values as outputs, wherein the frequency dividers (12, 16) receive the counted values, frequency-divide the clock signals (CLK R, CLK T) by the counted values, and generate calibrated clock signals (CLK 1B, C, D, E, CLK 2B).
