To solve the problem wherein, in a parallel link system using a cylinder such as a six-axial oscillation testing device, interference between each cylinder or crash onto a floor/wall surface may occur according to an installation spot or an operation range of the cylinder, and in this case, only a manual emergency stop or attitude monitoring by a software itself driving the oscillation testing device may be used as a means for emergency stop of the system in the prior art.

A detection system A, a detection system B and a detection system C shown in Fig.5 independent of the parallel link system are provided, and each operation range thereof is limited, and an oscillation testing device is stopped in an emergency.
