To decrease the number of components and to simplify the assembling work by providing a part for imparting a pressing force to a piezoelectric oscillator and a bonding member integrally with a resilient body.

The oscillation wave driver comprises a piezoelectric oscillator 10 where a piezoelectric body 12 is fixed to a resilient body 11, and a member 14 coming into pressure contact with the piezoelectric oscillator 10. The resilient body 11 is provided integrally with parts 11a-11g for imparting a pressing force to the piezoelectric oscillator 10 and resilient body 11. More specifically, the resilient body 11 itself is provided with a part for generating the pressing force and integrated with the parts 11a-11g for imparting the pressing force. This structure decreases the number of components.
