To output an optimum oscillation signal according to the oscillation frequency.
A voltage-controlled type current source 58 outputs an oscillator-driven current 308 and an oscillator-equivalent current 326. A signal oscillator circuit 60 outputs a first source oscillation signal 310 and a second source oscillation signal 312. An amplifier 52 outputs a first amplified oscillation signal 314 and a second amplified oscillation signal 316. A first switch circuit 62 and a second switch circuit 64 output a first current oscillation signal 320 and a second current oscillation signal 322, respectively. A first current value conversion amplifier circuit 66 converts the value of the first current oscillation signal 320, and a second current value conversion amplifier circuit 68 converts the value of the second current oscillation signal 322 that eventually becomes an output current. An adder 56 adds the oscillator-equivalent current 326 to a conversion equivalent current 328 and outputs an amplifier-driven current 324 to the amplifier 52.
