Abstract:
To provide an oscillator in which a magnetic field of an inductor built in an IC is not shielded by a conductor layer.SOLUTION: In an oscillator 1, a crystal oscillator 20 and an oscillation circuit 30 formed on an IC 50 having an inductor 24 built therein are electrically connected by a vibrator wire 42 provided on a surface of a substrate 14 to form an oscillation loop. A conductor layer 12 provided on an intermediate layer of the substrate 14 is arranged to overlap the vibrator wire 42 in plan view and not to overlap the inductor 24 built in the IC 50.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
