Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a load capacity from being unformed by short-circuit between electrodes.
SOLUTION: A stacked body is formed by overlaying a capacity substrate 12 and one of substrates 10 below a piezoelectric diaphragm 6 and overlaying the capacity substrate 12 and the other one of the substrates 10 above the piezoelectric diaphragm 6, two electrodes selected out of the first and the second input/output electrodes 13 and 14 and an earth electrode 15 are provided on the right and left of the front side of this stacked body and one except those selected for the front side out of the first and the second input/output electrodes 13 and 14 and the earth electrode 15 is provided on the rear side of the stacked body. The two electrodes selected on the front side are oscillators which are made to be an unformed surface of the electrode provided on the rear side.
