An oscillator 3 is formed by combining the first frame assembly and the second frame assembly into one. A magnetic circuit part (a movable part) 16, which is composed of a pole piece 13, a magnet 14 and a top plate 15, is supported elastically by a supporting spring A12, which is embedded in the first frame 11 and whose toric outer-periphery and inner-periphery parts are coupled together by a plurality of arc-shaped arm parts, and a supporting spring B22 which is similar to the supporting spring A12 and embedded in the second frame 21. A protrusive streak part 23a, which serves as an orientation for a coil 24, is provided protrusively on an under surface of a coil supporting plate 23 of a rigid body, which is fitted into the second frame 21. The coil 24 is located in a magnetic gap 16a between a center pole 13a and the top plate 15.
