A voltage value of alternating current voltage from a driving part 103 to apply to a piston 102 is increased and decreased based on the top dead center positional deviation detected by a top dead center positional deviation detection part 108, and a frequency value of alternating current voltage from the driving part 103 to apply to the piston 102 is increased and decreased in accordance with frequency deviation detected by a frequency deviation detection part 111 for each constant time.
