Abstract:

To simplify a fitting work and fitting structure upon making it possible to fit an out-handle device of a door for a vehicle by inserting a cylinder lock from the outside of an outer panel in the out-handle device of the door for the vehicle in which the cylinder lock which is adjacently arranged to one end of the out handle the other end of which is rotatably supported to the outer panel, interlocked and linked with a latch mechanism is fitted to the outer panel.

An out-handle device of a door for a vehicle comprises: a base member 15 which is sandwiched between an outer surface of an outer panel 12 and a cylinder lock 33; and a bracket 46 which is tightened to the cylinder lock 33 by sandwiching the outer panel 12 between the bracket 46 and the base member 15. The cylinder lock 33 is allowed to be inserted into the base member 15 and the bracket 46 from the outside of the outer panel 12 at a temporary assembled state that the bracket 46 is engaged into the base member 15 brought into contact with the outer surface of the outer panel 12 from the inside of the outer panel 12 and the base member 15 and the bracket 46 are held on the outer panel 12.
