To prevent penetration of water between a cylinder body of a key cylinder lock and a rotor in an out handle device of a vehicle in which the cylinder body of the key cylinder device is disposed with one end facing on a mounting hole of an outer panel, one end of the rotor rotatably supported by the cylinder body is penetrated through the mounting hole and projected on the outside of the outer panel, and a cylinder cover having a window allowing one end of the rotor to face thereon and covering one end part of the rotor is fitted to the outer panel with a seat member having an opening part corresponding to the mounting hole interposed in a space up to the outer surface of the outer panel.
A pent-roof wall 32 extending through the opening part 28 and the mounting hole 20 into the outer panel 12 is integrally provided on the cylinder cover 16 to surround at least a part of one end of the cylinder body 18 that is located on the upper side when the key cylinder lock 15 is mounted on the outer panel 12.
