Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an outboard engine capable of absorbing the vibrations of a plurality of frequency bands without complicating the structure.SOLUTION: An outboard engine 10 comprises: an outboard engine body 11; a mount frame 15 attached to the outboard engine body 11 through cushioning materials 12 to 14; and a support unit 16 for supporting the mount frame 15 turnably on a yaw axis and a pitch axis with respect to a hull. In the outboard engine, the cushioning materials 12 to 14 include protrusions 12e, 12f, 13d and 13e or recesses 12d, 13c, 14a and 14b on a face in at least one directions of the longitudinal direction, the transverse direction and the vertical direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
