To provide an outboard motor control system capable of suppressing vibration phenomena of outboard motors, in a vessel equipped with a plurality of the outboard motors with independently settable rudder angles.
An outboard motor control system includes: a plurality of outboard motors 3a, 3b, 3c; a vibration detection unit 74; and a control unit 73. The outboard motors are attached to the stern of a vessel. Each of the outboard motors includes a propeller. The outboard motors can be independently steered. The vibration detection unit detects vibration in the outboard motors. The control unit performs vibration damping control when the vibration in the outboard motors is detected by the vibration detection unit. In the vibration damping control, the control unit changes at least one of the propeller rotation axis direction and the propeller position in at least one of the outboard motors.
