Abstract:
To provide an outboard motor capable of efficiently exhausting air in an engine cover.
In the outboard motor 10, an exhaust fan chamber 64 is formed of a belt cover 55 and a fan cover 56 by providing the fan cover 56 on the upper side of the belt cover 55. An exhaust fan 54 is accommodated in the exhaust fan chamber 64. In addition, an air intake 65 and an exhaust port 66 are formed in the fan cover 56 above the exhaust fan 54. The exhaust port 66 is communicated with an exhaust opening part 25 formed in an upper part 24a of an engine cover 24. Thus, air exhausted from the exhaust port 66 is exhausted outside 35 of the engine cover 24 from the exhaust opening part 25.
