A goal post (P) has a double structure constituted of a fixed core tube (2) and a turning sheath tube (1a). A support arm (A) has a quadrilateral link mechanism constituted of a pair of right and left upper link arms (30a) and a pair of right and left lower link arms (30b). The front ends of both of the upper and lower link arms (30a), (30b) are respectively pivotally connected to a back board (B), and also the rear ends of both of the upper and lower link arms (30a), (30b) are respectively pivotally connected to the turning sheath tube (1a) of the goal post (P). Thus, the back board (B) with a goal ring (25) is oscillated and rotated in any direction (θ) around the vertical axis of the goal post (P) and also elevated/lowered with respect to the goal post (P).
