PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an outdoor installation type building aseismatic device capable of preventing collapse of a building by absorbing earthquake horizontal force many times, without damaging a structural material of the building such as a wooden house in the present invention.SOLUTION: The outdoor installation type building aseismatic device of the present invention comprises an aseismatic strengthening steel pole 3 for supporting a lower part by an embedded foundation 102 constructed in the ground 103 on the outdoor side of a wooden house 101, arranged by standing in a parallel state to a wall surface of the wooden house 101 and facing an upper part to the outside of a beam part 113 for connecting a first floor column 111 and a second floor column 112 and an earthquake-resistant horizontal force spring elasticity absorbing mechanism part 11 having one end side connected to an upper part of the aseismatic strengthening steel pole 3, having the other end side connected to the beam part 113 via a cushion spring body connector 31 and using a plate spring for absorbing earthquake horizontal force by being elastically displaced in response to the earthquake horizontal force acting via the cushion spring body connector 31 from the beam part 113 when an earthquake occurs.
