By obliquely providing a heat exchanger coil composed of a heat transfer tube meanderingly penetrating a plurality of juxtaposed fins and a water inlet and a water outlet for sending water into the heat transfer tube on a front face of a blowout opening, and surrounding right and left side faces and a top face of the heat exchanger coil by heat collection plates, the heat radiation of the sun and hot air discharge from the outdoor unit during the cooling operation of an air conditioner are effectively collected in the heat exchanger coil by a fan. By heating the fins and the heat transfer tube of the heat exchanger coil, since the water in the heat transfer tube in the heat exchanger coil is used in a bathtub after raising a temperature of the water, fuel and light prices of reheating a bath and the heat load to the atmosphere are reduced.
