Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain a weather resistant outer decorative member of which a surface has an excellent decorative design by a method wherein a weather resistant decorative sheet is processed by lapping via an adhesive on a surface of an outer member formed by using a selected inorganic and fibrous mixed material.
CONSTITUTION: An outer decorative member is formed wherein a mixed material of an inorganic material and a fibrous material which are selected from a group consisting of a calcium silicate material, a cement slag material, and a slag gypsum material is used to be formed into a specific form, and a high weather resistant decorative sheet is processed by lapping via an adhesive on a surface of an outer member primer treated by using hardened resin as the surface. The outer decorative member 1 is composed of fluoro-plastic 22a composing a decorative sheet 2, a base sheet (polyvinylchloride resin) 21 and a top sheet 22 and an acrylic resin 22b composing the top sheet. Then, a surface of an outer member 3 is treated with primer by using curing resin 4 and the decorative sheet 2 is processed by lapping via an adhesive 5.
