Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide an outer frame for a finned motor excellent in strength and simple in manufacture by improving radiation efficiency.
CONSTITUTION: An outer frame 1 is constituted of an inner cylinder unit 11 formed of a member excellent in strength and an outer cylinder unit 13 provided in the periphery of the inner cylinder unit 11 and formed of a member excellent in heat radiation. An integrally formed fin 12 is provided in a peripheral surface of the outer cylinder unit 13, and on the other hand, a leg unit 15 is fixedly provided in the inner cylinder unit 11 through a notched part 14 formed in the outer cylinder unit 13.
