The outer rotor motor 1 is provided with a rotor 12 rotating around a shaft A1, and a fixed stator 14. A ring-like yoke 124, a ring-like rotor magnet 126 fixed on a fixing groove formed in the radial direction internal side surface of the yoke 124 and a yoke 128 fixed on a fixing groove formed on a radial direction internal side surface 126i of the rotor magnet 126 are disposed in the internal circumferential surface of a cylindrical portion 122c of a resin member 12 for connecting a fan motor. The rotor magnet 126 is magnetized so that its magnetic pole can alternately changed in a circumferential direction. The yoke 124 covers a radial direction external side surface 126e of the rotor magnet 126, and covers an axial direction upper side surface 126u of the rotor magnet 126 and a part near to the radial direction external side surface of an axial direction lower side surface 126d.
