The outer wall lighting device of a building is structured of: an outer wall with outer wall decoration panel main bodies with hollow chambers penetrated inside or concave parts to be hollow chambers formed on inner wall faces so as to be arrayed in parallel in an up-and-down and right-and-left directions mounted on the building; at least one or more lighting lamp housing recessed parts formed on the outer wall decoration panel main bodies of the outer wall so as to penetrate from the surface into the hollow chambers; lighting lamps using LEDs each fitted inside the lighting lamp housing concave part in waterproof; and a wiring circuit wired in the hollow chambers so as to light the LEDs of these lighting lamps.
