To provide an outer wall panel structure which has excellent strength against external pressure and vibrations, expels moisture from the interior thereof, and exhibits stable properties over a long period of time, and to provide a method for manufacturing the same.

The outer wall structure consists of a steel plate 3 having a recessed saucer shape, a plaster board 1, and a cured material 2 of a photo- curing adhesive (preferably a compound having a specific functional group). The plaster board 1 is bonded to a recessed surface of the steel plate 3 via the cured material 2 of the photo-curing adhesive. The method for manufacturing the outer wall structure is also provided.
