This outer wall structure is formed by arranging a plurality of panels 8 for forming a wall surface of a structure on the side of a column 1; and has a panel unit 9 formed by respectively and integrally combining at least the plurality of panels 8, furring strips 12 and 13 respectively joined to a reverse surface of the plurality of panels 8 and connecting the plurality of mutual panels 8 and wind resisting beams 14 and 15 extending in the substantially horizontal direction along the panels 8, and brackets 10 and 11 stretched over the column 1, joined to the wind resisting beams 14 and 15 and holding the panel unit 9.
