This outer wall structure is constituted by including a wooden framework material, a waterproof moisture permeable sheet, a ventilation receiving material, and an outer wall panel. In the outer wall structure, a ventilation passage is arranged between the outer wall panel and the waterproof moisture permeable sheet by the ventilation receiving material, by installing the ventilation receiving material having a predetermined shape and size on the wooden framework material via the waterproof moisture permeable sheet. Vertical and horizontal ventilation receiving materials 3a to 3d are installed in advance on the reverse surface of the outer wall panel 2. The waterproof moisture permeable sheet 7, a stud 6, and a thermally insulating material D are installed in advance. A fitting locking part is also formed in the ventilation receiving materials 3a and 3c.
