Abstract:
To provide a system for supplying the outgoing support of a blind person.
The system is provided with a navigator specifying the position of a person going outside, a portable picture transmission device transmitting the picture of a place where the person going outside exists and a portable telephone set with which the person going outside takes communication. A supporter at a prescribed stronghold supports the behavior of the person going outside based on information obtained from the navigator and the portable picture transmission device. Thus, the behavior range of the person going outside and the degree of freedom can largely be changed.
