Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an outlet box for top plate, capable of giving a neat impression of an exterior appearance at a side surface view and a rear side view and improving aesthetic appearance, while allowing a direction of a plug withdrawal surface to be changed to an upward and a forward.SOLUTION: An outlet box for top plate 1 comprises: an outlet box main body 2 having an insertion port S to which an outlet plug is inserted or extracted; and supporting means 3 supporting the outlet box main body 2 and having a clamp metal fitting 5 for sandwiching a top plate of furniture. The outlet box main body 2 can be attached to the supporting means 3 in a forward shape that a plug withdrawal surface G as a surface with the insertion port S is set at a forward direction, and an upward shape that the plug withdrawal surface G is set at an upward direction. In both of the forward shape and the upward shape, a back surface R1 of the outlet box main body 2 and a back surface R2 of the supporting means 3 are flush.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
