Abstract:

PURPOSE: To provide an output analyzing device for physical quantity conversion element that analyzes distribution of input and output physical quantity in unit of element with fidelity and precision without being affected by difference in shape and configuration of physical quantity conversion element that converts and outputs input physical quantity into a different one.

CONSTITUTION: An output analyzing device for physical quantity conversion element that contains at least an input physical quantity distribution analyzing device 2, an output physical quantity distribution analyzing device 6 that analyzes different physical quantity, outputted in response to input physical quantity in finite element unit, and an input physical quantity-output physical quantity combination parameter generator 4 that performs parameter-conversion with the physical quantity of analysis output of input physical quantity distribution analyzing device 2 in finite element unit for output physical quantity analysis and distributes it to the output physical quantity distribution analyzing device.
