Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To output a desired audio signal from a speaker while suppressing cost by changing balance characteristics corresponding to balance differential data.
SOLUTION: Output levels corresponding to audio signals applied to terminals S1 and S2 appear at test points TP1 and TP2. Then, a plant jig 26 applies the changing instruction of balance data to a microcomputer 16 so that the levels of TP1 and TP2 can be coincident. On the condition of TP1 level = TP2 level, difference between balance data and initial data at such a time is found and this difference is written in a ROM 16a as the balance differential data. Thus, the microcomputer 16 corrects the balance data applied from a remote controller 26 and applies a balance control signal corresponding to these corrected balance data to an audio control circuit 14.
