Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain the output circuit of a charge transferring device in which the coupling voltage of a floating diffusion type charge detecting part can be reduced, and the DC variation of the output of a source follower stage can be suppressed.
CONSTITUTION: A dummy floating diffusion FD 1 is provided, the output is derived as a positive phase output by a bias generating circuit 7 of a source follower constitution, the positive phase output is applied to the load MOS transistor Q2 of a source follower circuit 5 as a bias voltage, and feedbacked as the gate voltage of the load MOS transistor Q6 of the bias generating circuit 7.
