Abstract:

PURPOSE: To reduce noise by wiring the final stage of an output driver circuit and a power supply for its pre-stage independently of a power supply for other internal circuit and forming the output drive circuit near a ground terminal.

CONSTITUTION: The power supply for the output driver circuit 4 and other internal circuit 5 is wired respectively independently from the power terminal 1 and ground wires Vss1...Vss3, Vss4 are wired independently from the ground terminal 3. Moreover, the output driver circuit 4 is formed near the ground terminal 3 and the length of wiring is decreased. Furthermore, source potentials Vss1, Vss2, Vss3 of n-channel FET Q2, Q4, Q6 of the output driver circuit 4 are of the same level and the noise from the output driver circuit with its output get at a high impedance is reduced.
