To provide an output circuit by which a current drive capability at high temperature is improved and radiation noise at room temperature is reduced.
A tri-state inverter 12 operated in response to a detection signal of a temperature change detection circuit 17 detecting rise in the ambient temperature is connected in parallel with an inverter 11 and the tri-state inverter 12 is not operated at room temperature when the ambient temperature is not arisen, but only an output of the inverter 11 is outputted and the tri-state inverter 12 is operated at a high temperature when the ambient temperature rises and a combined output by the inverter 11 and the tri-state inverter 12 is outputted. Thus, the reduction in the current drive capability of the inverter 11 at a high temperature is compensated by the tri-state inverter 12 without providing excess current drive capability at the room temperature to improve the current drive capability at high temperature and to reduce radiation noise due to a through-current at room temperature.
