PURPOSE: To increase the operating speed of an output circuit and to boost the output voltage of the circuit, by connecting in series MOSFETs, to which a signal which is in a complementary relation with a gate is supplied, between a power source and earth and a delay circuit and electrostatic capacity between the commonly connected output terminal of the MOSFETs and the gate at the power source side.

CONSTITUTION: MOSFETs Q31 and Q32 are connected in series between the power source VCC and earth of an output circuit and an output OUT3 is outputted by the commonly connected point of the MOSFETs. A signal Q3' is supplied to the gate A31 of the FETQ31 through an inverter 31 and its complementary signal Q3 is supplied to the gate B32 of the FETQ32 through another inverter 32. A delay circuit DEL and feedback capacity C31 are connected between the output terminal 3 and gate A31. Then, by eliminating the increase of the output of the output circuit, a voltage VOH, in level through capacitive feedback to the FETQ31 by means of the delay circuit DEL and feedback capacity C31, the operating speed of the output circuit is increased and output voltage is boosted.
