Title:
OUTPUT CONTROL DEVICE FOR ENGINE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2003003893
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To provide an output control device for an engine which prevents slipping of a friction engaging element when a neutral control is released and denies uncomfortable feeling to a driver.

When the release condition of a neutral control is effected, the output of the engine 2 is suppressed correspondingly to an idling torque until the friction engaging element 7 becomes a prescribed engagement state, and the engine output is increased to a prescribed engine torque larger than the idling one until a turbine rotation speed becomes a predetermined one after the friction engaging element 7 is in the prescribed state. Further, the output control device is composed so as to increase the engine output with a prescribed gradient to obtain a target engine torque corresponding to an accelerator pressing amount when the turbine rotation speed becomes the predetermined one or lower.
