Abstract:
To provide an output of an image signal with high accuracy, independently of the contrast difference of an incident light.
This device is provided with a minimum light detection circuit 27 that detects a weakest partial light of a light made incident into a sensor array 21 and with a differential amplifier circuit 33 that receives a sensor signal, outputted from a CCD shift register 24 and a minimum light detection signal detected by the minimum light detection circuit 27. Then the differential amplifier circuit 33 outputs an image signal as a difference signal between the sensor signal and the minimum light detection signal.
